We're a fast-growing
US sports nutrition & wellness brand (CPG / DTC)
looking for an experienced, hands-on editor to own our ad creative. This is a builder role — you'll be cutting videos and designing assets daily — but we want someone senior enough to
run the whole production engine
, not just execute tasks.
What you'll do
Produce
100+ ad assets/month
— short-form video, UGC & static graphics for Meta, TikTok & YouTube
✂️ Turn founder VOs, testimonials, product shots & B-roll into
high-converting direct-response ads
Own the full production cycle and operations
— brief, prioritization, pipeline, delivery — at high volume
Manage quality and coordinate freelancers when needed, while staying hands-on yourself
️ Build supporting graphics in-house
Report to our Content & CRM Director; use AI to move faster
What we're looking for ✅
️
5+ years of hands-on video editing for brands
— with
Adobe Premiere Pro,
After Effects or Final Cut as your primary editing tools
(CapCut a plus for fast social cuts)
️
Proven experience building ads for CPG / DTC / product brands
(supplements, food, beverage, e-commerce) — not primarily brand/entertainment, agency-showreel or organic-only work
️
Seasoned creative production + creative operations
— you've owned high-volume output and know how to keep quality up at scale
Track record of
performance / direct-response
creative that drove results
Strong graphic design (Photoshop / Figma / Canva)
️ Professional English + strong communication
You use AI in your workflow and can clearly explain your creative decisions
All-in on one role
— full-time, long-term, no competing freelance clients
Nice to have
Sports nutrition / fitness / wellness experience
⚡ Experience managing or mentoring other creatives
