Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Healthcare IT Project Manager
to lead and deliver complex IT projects across applications, infrastructure, end-user services, and clinical/Epic systems.
This is a
senior/lead-level role
requiring strong ownership, governance, communication, problem-solving, and service improvement capabilities.
The role will own
project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
from initiation through closure. The adecuado candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, clinical/business stakeholders, security, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include managing
testing, training, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition-to-support
activities.
Strong experience in
healthcare IT delivery, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, budgeting, and resource planning
is required. Knowledge of
SDLC, Agile, Waterfall methodologies, project governance, and IT service management
is highly preferred.
