Our mission is to connect top talent with outstanding organizations while delivering a high-quality employee experience.We are currently seeking a highly organized, bilingual HR Talent Acquisition Specialistto support our department.Position SummaryThe HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting recruitment coordination, employee record management and onboarding operations.
This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leadership.This is a hybrid role based in Monterrey.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring SupportReview, sort,
and screen incoming candidate profiles and resumesServe as the first filter in the recruitment processSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersMaintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackersFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processAssist with HR reporting and tracking metricsCoordinate internal HR processes and administrative workflowsProvide general administrative support to the HR departmentQualifications & RequirementsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)Reside in Monterrey, Actual LeónAvailability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch), as needed.Strong organizational and time management skillsHigh level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalismStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsPreferred:1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative rolesExperience supporting U.S. hiring processesFamiliarity with ATS, HRIS, or recruiting platformsKey CompetenciesOrganization & follow-upMultitaskingConfidentialityProfessional communicationProcess-driven mindsetService-oriented attitudeWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience)Stable Monday–Friday scheduleProfessional development and growthDirect exposure to U.S. HR and recruitment practicesCareer growth within a global HR organizationPositive, collaborative work environment
