Kutir-Technologies is seeking a dedicated On-Site IT Support Engineer (Level 1) to manage daily end-user IT support at our client's facility across Mexico.
This full-time, on-site role covers hardware troubleshooting, OS issues, and local infrastructure maintenance.The idóneo candidate has 1–3 years of Desktop Support or Helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills, and working proficiency in English for escalation reporting.
Monday–Friday, standard hours.
