DescriptionAs the Sales Support Associate for LATAM, you will play a strategic role in enabling our Sales organization to achieve its commercial objectives through operational excellence!
Acting as a key business partner to Account Managers and internal stakeholders, you will own the end-to-end order flow, ensuring accurate and timely order execution, importation, customer deliveries, reporting, and communication.
You will bridge commercial strategy and operational execution by providing data-driven insights and proactively identifying risks to improve overall business performance.

What You Will DoOwn the end-to-end order flow for LATAM markets, managing everything from initial order validation and production follow-up to final delivery and billing to ensure customer commitments are met on timePartner with Key Account Managers to align priorities, identify potential risks, and coordinate cross-functional execution with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal teamsOversee order accuracy and compliance by ensuring all territory approvals, product requirements, and documentation are strictly met across LATAM marketsServe as the primary point of contact for customer and internal inquiries, proactively resolving delivery issues, claims, and credits while escalating critical risks to appropriate stakeholdersLeverage ERP and business systems to maintain accurate order information while providing actionable reporting, insights, and performance metrics to support informed business decisionsFacilitate cross-functional order reviews to ensure clear communication and accountability across outstanding actions, milestones, and prioritiesSupport Sales teams by coordinating samples, marketing materials, and quote sheets while driving strategic initiatives to enhance the operational effectiveness of the LATAM Sales organizationWhat We Are Looking For3+ years of professional experience in international business, import/export, logistics,
