A Manufacturing Engineer seeks and promotes the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes. nnESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: nnA. Supports designated production areas to keep operations running nB. Defines and implement safety machine guarding to manufacturing equipment as per Eaton requirements nC. Lead safety machine guarding to manufacturing equipment as per Eaton requirements nD. Designs, validates and implements manufacturing systems (assembly lines) including documentation (PFD, PFMEA, Work Instructions) process controls. nE. Develops quotes for New Products, New Processes and/or improvements, changes, or additions to existing production lines nF. Support Quality System procedures nG. Develop and implement tools as per new or revised requirements nH. Develops and implement new design fixtures for assembly. nI. Make reports, charts and manufacturing documentation. nJ. Implements the ECOu2019s procedure in the production documents nK. Seeks and promotes continuous improvement through IDEAS and implementation nL. Is responsible for meeting the required Process Capacity and Capability as well as of establishing the analysis and control methods for implementation at production nM. Participates in safety, and ergonomics assessments, GEMBAS and Audits as required nN. Belong and actively participates in the MESH champions group ensuring compliance with new and existing processes nO. Subject Matter Expert in designed manufacturing processes and LEAN Tools nP. Actively participates in CI Events such as BootCamps, VA/VEs and RIEs, Workshops nQ. Develop, lead,



and promote a culture in the organization that supports the expected results in the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental system (MESH). nR. Maintain waste segregation culture. nS. Separate hazardous waste from the normal trash nT. Place waste according to the assigned containers. nU. Maintain your area clean and free of contaminants. nV. Not wasting water or electricity. nW. Report any activity that can put in risk my safety and environment. nX. Identify and give adequate disposition to all chemical products, which can contaminate the environment. nY. Act/Report immediately any chemical discharge case. nZ. Ensure the rights containers for disposition of hazardous waste (identifying containers and containers to prevent discharge)nn## Qualifications:nnSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: nu2022 5-year experience in manufacturing area. nu2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in industrial engineering, Electronics, Mechanics or related. nu2022 AutoCAD and MFG Pro Management (preferred). nu2022 Fluent English Proficiency nu2022 Experience developing and launching New Products nu2022 Experience developing and executing Industrialization PlansnnEaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company.
