Build relationships with key decision makers and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound engagement. Identify stakeholder pain points, gather business and technical requirements, and evaluate fit for Guesty’s solutions. Conduct lead generation and qualification activities while following established processes and best practices. Clearly communicate Guesty’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and business impact. Consistently achieve sales qualified lead targets and performance goals. Continuously develop knowledge of the hospitality and short-term rental industry, Guesty’s product suite, competitive landscape, and customer use cases. Maintain accurate prospect activity and pipeline updates in Salesforce, Hub Spot, and Sales Loft. Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities with clear discovery notes and next steps.
