We are seeking an experienced
React Developer
to join our team. The idóneo candidate will have 5–7 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise building scalable, responsive, and maintainable web applications using
React JS. This role requires solid technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using
React JS.
Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.
Manage application state using
Redux, Context API, or similar solutions.
Integrate front-end applications with
RESTful APIs
and handle asynchronous operations effectively.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable Java Script/Type Script code.
Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, functionality, and production issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions and development standards.
Collaborate with product, UX/UI, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
Contribute to improving development practices, code quality, and application performance.
Mandatory Technical Skills 5–7 years of professional software development experience , including significant experience with React JS.
Strong proficiency in
React JS, Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong understanding of React fundamentals, including
functional components, hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable component design.
Hands-on experience with
state management , preferably Redux or Context API.
Experience integrating
RESTful APIs




and handling asynchronous requests.
Strong understanding of
Git
and modern software development workflows.
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments.
Good understanding of
responsive web development
and cross-browser compatibility.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code-quality skills.
Preferred Skills Professional experience with
Type Script and React.
Experience with
Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha , or similar testing frameworks.
Familiarity with modern front-end build tools such as
Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
Experience with front-end performance optimization and best practices.
Understanding of
UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms
such as AWS or Azure.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering
production-ready React applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Location & Language Work Model:
Remote for now ; the work arrangement may be subject to change based on business needs.
Candidate Location:
Candidates must be based in
Monterrey, Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Saltillo.
English:
Advanced English proficiency is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings and in written and technical documentation.
