BPOD is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Mexico and support a global leader.
Position Mission
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline by identifying, prospecting, following up on leads, and creating new business opportunities across the LATAM market.
This role focuses primarily on outbound prospecting and early-stage opportunity development, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline through both direct and channel sales motions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts across the LATAM market aligned with the adecuado customer profile and sales priorities.
Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, Linked In).
Follow up on leads and nurture early-stage opportunities.
Qualify prospects and determine their potential fit before passing opportunities to the Account Executive team.
Schedule introductory meetings and discovery calls with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve messaging, campaigns, and
prospect engagement strategies.
Track performance against KPIs, including pipeline generation, meetings booked, and outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles such as BDR, SDR, or Sales Development.
Strong experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
Experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) or similar systems is a plus.
Experience working with channel or partner sales models is beneficial but not required.
Languages
Fluency in English is requerid.
