⢠Drives all IE activities in support of operational excellence, i.e. Analyzing production capacity planning, creating a capacity roadmap, and determining capacity/OEE improvements. ⢠Performs project management task, capacity planning, capacity/OEE improvement, management. ⢠Leads in the plantâs capacity planning and line balancing. ⢠Presents and seeks epr1 approval of IE related projects and ensures execution of these projects within the required cost and timeline. ⢠Creates a capacity roadmap for the plant. ⢠Executes lean manufacturing in the production line. ⢠Creates and justifies productivity improvement plans. ⢠Manages both the production and office space planning and layout in order to improve productivity, drive efficiency and thereby reduce cost.
⢠Conducts time and motion study and presents results and recommendations to management for buy-off. ⢠Creates and analyses simulation models (MMR) to drive capacity improvements.
Requirements ⢠5 years experience as industrial engineer from a manufacturing plant. ⢠Has experience in leading kaizen improvement teams. ⢠Good project management and communication skills. ⢠Knowledge in acad. Expertise on Production line ramp-up - Automated lines - Capacity improvement - Automotive industry - Time balancing - OEE improvement - Downtime analysis - Performance increase
