The HR Manager/Supervisor will lead all Human Resources functions for our new manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor regulations while supporting business growth through effective talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, labor contracts, and termination procedures.
- Develop and communicate HR policies, performance management, and compensation review processes.
- Support employee engagement, development, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor the local labor market and provide HR guidance to managers and leadership.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Supervisor, or HR Leader in an automotive manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of:
-Mexican Labor Law
-Immigration regulations
-Labor contracts
-Employee termination procedures
- Experience negotiating with labor unions.
- Experience managing:
- Employee relations
- Conflict resolution
- Disciplinary processes
- Workplace investigations
- Good understanding of the local labor market in San Luis Potosí.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
