- Develop and implement recruitment plans in accordance with staffing requirements from the China headquarters and Mexican subsidiary. Duties include job posting, resume screening, coordinating bilingual English-Spanish interviews, and arranging written tests and physical examinations.
- Manage the full employee onboarding lifecycle, extending from offer issuance and background checks to completion of entry procedures and probation period follow-up.
- Maintain partnerships with local recruitment websites, headhunters and educational institutions, and build a local talent pool with a focus on Spanish-speaking talents and specialized technical workers.
- Conduct payroll calculation (including annual profit-sharing schemes), file individual income tax returns, and handle the registration, adjustment and cancellation of social insurance (IMSS) and housing fund (INFONAVIT) for local employees.
- Ensure all HR operations comply with the Federal Labor Law of Mexico. Oversee formalities for employee onboarding, confirmation of probation, internal transfer and resignation, and manage the signing, renewal and termination of labor contracts.
- Keep abreast of local labor laws and social security policies to mitigate employment risks. Manage employee relations and prevent and resolve labor disputes.
- Act as a communication liaison between the China headquarters and local Mexican employees. Organize corporate culture activities to enhance integration between Chinese and Mexican teams, and resolve work conflicts arising from cultural differences.
- Formulate company rules and regulations in compliance with the Federal Labor Law of Mexico.
- Implement performance appraisal, reward and punishment systems, and supervise employee attendance and daily work performance.
- Assist managers with workforce arrangement and on-site management, and optimize recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency and employee retention.
- Handle the selection, price inquiry, procurement and issuance of office supplies and fixed assets, and undertake daily administrative affairs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in English for daily work communication.
- Prior experience in general HR or recruitment is preferred; experience in warehouse or logistics industry is a plus.
- Familiar with labor laws and regulations of Mexico.
- Strong execution, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Possess basic management skills and the drive to drive work implementation.
