You will lead ECOs, manage engineering changes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.You will maintain BOMs, drawings, and specifications while driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across production lines.Bachelor's degree in engineering required; CAD/ERP experience preferred.
