Your Contribution
As a Quality Chief , you will lead and strengthen the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.

You will play a key role in promoting a culture of quality, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead and develop the Quality team within the manufacturing operation

Oversee implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and related standards)

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, process performance, and customer satisfaction

Lead root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and corrective action follow-up

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality standards

Support manufacturing operations in quality-related problem solving and process improvement

Ensure proper control and calibration of measurement equipment

Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams

Monitor quality KPIs and implement actions to improve performance and operational effectiveness

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Advanced English





Strong experience leading and implementing Quality Management Systems under ISO 9001, ISO 19011 is a plus

Experience in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement initiatives

Knowledge of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and CORE Tools

Understanding of GD&T; and interpretation of product drawings and specifications

Knowledge of metrology and measurement equipment control

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications

Strong leadership and team development skills

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Results-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
