Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads) – Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a results-driven Senior Media Buyer to own and scale paid social advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll build, launch, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns that generate measurable business results. You’ll work closely with clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to improve campaign performance, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

What You’ll Own
Campaign Strategy & Management

Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns from strategy through execution.

Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring campaigns achieve performance goals.

Optimize:

Campaign structures

Audiences

Placements

Bidding strategies

Budgets

Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency.

Performance Optimization

Monitor campaign performance daily.

Analyze key metrics including:

CPL

CPA

ROAS

CTR

CPC

Conversion Rate

Test new:

Audiences

Offers

Creatives

Landing pages

Campaign strategies

Continuously improve lead quality while reducing acquisition costs.

Creative Strategy

Develop creative concepts and campaign messaging.

Write detailed creative briefs for designers and video editors.

Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.

Analyze creative performance and recommend new testing initiatives.

Client Communication & Reporting

Present campaign performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Prepare clear, data-driven reports with actionable recommendations.

Recommend strategies for scaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming accounts.

Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.

Growth & Innovation

Stay current with Meta platform updates and advertising best practices.

Test new campaign strategies, automation tools, and optimization techniques.

Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.

Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen agency performance.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience

3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Proven experience managing $10,000+ per month in advertising spend.

Experience managing five or more client accounts simultaneously.Strong knowledge of:

Meta Ads Manager

Meta Business Manager

Meta Pixel

Conversion API (CAPI)

Event Tracking

Experience optimizing campaigns for:

Lead generation

Customer acquisition

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.

Experience developing creative strategies and writing creative briefs.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience using:

Digital marketing agency experience.

Review campaign performance dashboards.

Launch new campaigns and A/B tests.

Analyze results and implement optimization strategies.

Research Meta platform updates and emerging advertising trends.
