Carazo Enterprise SL is seeking a Head of International HR & Recruitment to own and build the integral HR function across multiple entities and regions. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of structure, systems, processes, and team development.
You will design org structure, implement HRIS and ATS, create onboarding/offboarding programs, and define KPI frameworks while leading a distributed team across time zones. English C1 is required; remote/work flexibility offered.
