The main objective of the Production Manager (Operations Manager) role is to plan, coordinate, and oversee the daily production operations of the plant while ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience in Production within a manufacturing or automotive environment
2. ISO14001 / ISO45001
3. Experience in the Automotive Industry in a Management position.
4. Experience in manufacturing products for the Automotive Industry.
5. Experience in the management of Manufacturing Process facilities

Functional Areas Of Expertise

1. Plan and coordinate the activities of the process, through review management to ensure the continuity, availability and effectiveness of the Quality system.
2. To direct the operation activities of the plant, through the coordination of the different Managements.
3. Predict personal needs, space and equipment needs together with the Engineering Manager.
4. Teamwork with other Managers to lead and solve character problems between plants
5.



Coordinate and monitor the performance of the Superintendent.
6. Work with Production Superintendents to set goals and objectives.
7. Report and review the performance of the supplier's Quality system as a basis for improving our own Quality system.
8. Continuous improvement execution through the operating system.
9. Use of standardized ERP system, as specified.
10. Meet the requirements of customer specifications
11. Develop and implement a strategy to address/improve all manufacturing metrics by working with others to improve outcomes in safety, quality, on-time delivery, labor, machine and process efficiency (with preventative maintenance), scrap/rework, timeliness and effectiveness of corrective actions, customer service/responsiveness, overhead, and labor.
12. Ensure the development of the personnel in charge.
