You will manage incident, problem, change, and service catalog modules, and drive integrations with other ITSM/non-ITSM tools via iPaaS solutions.
Strong scripting, ITIL knowledge, and cloud awareness are essential. The role requires 5+ years ITSM experience, proficiency with SOAP/REST integrations, and ServiceNow development.
