The Customer Service Representative position is focus on taking care of the process order and achieve or exceed customer's satisfaction and developing strong relationships with external and internal customers.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Interaction with different internal areas such as Credit & Collections, Planning, Transportation, Trade Compliance, and some others.

Qualifications

- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Highly organized, self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
