Onebeat is looking for a Business Consultant to help retail and supply chain leaders unlock the full value of our platform — from initial discovery, through solution design, to long-term adoption. This is a true pre- and post-sale role: you'll be involved before the deal is signed and stay engaged long after, helping customers realize real business value. The idóneo candidate has a genuine understanding of the retail world (merchandising, planning, supply chain, or operations) and is comfortable and articulate presenting to senior, executive-level stakeholders. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role rather than an executive or management position — candidates with up to about 15 years of experience are very welcome, as long as they're looking to execute personally rather than manage from the top.
