We are a U.S.-based self-storage operator looking for a Customer Support Representative to serve our English-speaking customers. This is a fully remote, full-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and messages from current and prospective customers, entirely in English
- Answer questions about unit availability, pricing and rental terms, and help customers complete new rentals
- Assist with account questions, billing and payment follow-up
- Keep customer records and interaction notes accurate and up to date in our systems
- Escalate maintenance, access or facility issues to the appropriate team

REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced spoken and written English (this role is 100% in English)
- Clear, professional phone manner and written communication
- Reliable high-speed internet, a computer and a quiet place to work
- Availability to work a schedule aligned with U.S. business hours
- Previous customer service, call center or sales experience preferred

WE OFFER
- $25,000 MXN per month
- Fully remote work
- Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
