Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand & Print Production Designer to develop visually impactful branding and print materials for storefronts, retail environments, and promotional campaigns. This role focuses heavily on high-quality print production, large-format design, and maintaining strong brand consistency across physical marketing assets. The adecuado candidate understands both creative design and the technical side of print execution — ensuring all deliverables are polished, accurate, and production-ready for vendors and printers. You will play a key role in transforming creative concepts into compelling real-world visuals that strengthen brand identity and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity
• Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity systems across physical and promotional materials • Ensure consistency in typography, color, layout, and visual standards across all deliverables • Create custom illustrations, graphic assets, and supporting brand visuals when needed • Translate creative direction into visually compelling production-ready designs Print Design & Production
• Design storefront window graphics, signage, decals, banners, and other large-format materials • Create print-ready assets including flyers, postcards, menus, packaging, stickers, and promotional collateral • Prepare production files with correct bleeds, margins, color profiles,
and printer specifications • Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure accurate output and successful production execution • Review proofs and troubleshoot production or formatting issues when necessary Collaboration & Project Coordination
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and creative initiatives • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail • Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently • Ensure deadlines are met across fast-moving production schedules

Required Experience & Skills
• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print production, and large-format design work • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design)
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and print-ready file preparation • Experience coordinating directly with printers and production vendors • Professional working proficiency in Spanish • Illustration skills and basic video editing capabilities • Experience designing for retail, storefront, or physical brand environments • Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools in remote workflows
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting short-form promotional video content • Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools • Experience with retail campaigns, experiential branding, or environmental graphics • Understanding of large-scale installation requirements and production logistics

A Brand & Print Production Designer’s day revolves around turning creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets.
