Director, Restructuring and Turnaround - (In office) Mexico City, Mexico This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, operational, and strategic direction of the Mexico advisory services business unit. This position partners closely with Business Development, and Executive Leadership to identify new revenue opportunities, deliver high-quality client engagements, and expansion of strategic customers in Mexico. Experience with P& L, business development, client expansion, due diligence, portfolio management, and advisory engagements will be an important part of this role. The role requires a commercially focused leader with experience in consulting, financial, and business development experience, preferably gained within a Big Four or similar advisory environments. Experience ● Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, financial services, restructuring, servicing, transaction advisory, portfolio management, or related industries. ● Preferred 6-8 years of experience with a Big Four consulting firm or similar advisory firms ● Proven track record leading client engagements and managing P& L responsibility. ● Demonstrated success in business development, revenue generation, and client relationship management. ● Experience working with lenders, private equity firms, financial institutions, and distressed or performing asset portfolios is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities ● Business Development & Revenue Growth ● Partner closely with the Business Development team to identify, pursue,



and close new business opportunities. ● Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, financial institutions, investors, private equity firms, and strategic partners. ● Lead business development efforts, including proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and contract structuring. ● Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the company's service offerings. ● Drive revenue growth while maintaining strict control of operational expenses. ● Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans. ● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability metrics. ● Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and margin performance. ● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. ● Manage client escalations and implement solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships. ● Provide strategic leadership for financial, operational, and portfolio due diligence engagements. ● Review and assess credit, collateral, operational, and servicing risks. ● Collaborate with transaction advisory teams on complex engagements. ● Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. ● Establish performance objectives aligned with business priorities. ● Support the development and execution of the company's strategic objectives. ● Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities. ● Develop business cases and investment recommendations to support growth initiatives.
