We are seeking a highly strategic and influential Change Management Manager to lead the people side of enterprise HR transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on AI-enabled ways of working, digital adoption, and organizational readiness.
This role is responsible for designing and executing change strategies that accelerate adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure sustainable behavioral change across the employee lifecycle. The position serves as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, business executives, and transformation teams, shaping how employees experience and embrace change.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, employee experience, and AI transformation, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive measurable adoption outcomes at scale.

This is not a Learning, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Program Management, or PMO role. The primary focus is on change leadership, transformation adoption, and organizational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Change Leadership
Develop and lead enterprise-wide change management strategies supporting HR transformation programs and digital initiatives.
Define the overall change vision, adoption roadmap, and employee engagement approach for large-scale organizational changes.
Act as the subject matter expert on change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Partner with senior HR and business leaders to assess organizational impacts and proactively manage change risks.
AI Adoption & Workforce Transformation
Lead change strategies related to AI-enabled HR processes, intelligent automation, and emerging workplace technologies.
Assess organizational readiness for AI adoption and define interventions that support behavioral and cultural shifts.
Partner with technology and HR transformation teams to ensure successful employee adoption of AI-powered solutions.




Drive responsible AI awareness and support workforce adaptation to new ways of working.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders across HR and business functions.
Create stakeholder engagement strategies that align leaders around transformation objectives.
Organizational Readiness & Adoption
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
Identify barriers to adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor employee sentiment, adoption trends, and organizational effectiveness indicators.
Design interventions that increase engagement, commitment, and long-term sustainability of change initiatives.
Culture & Employee Experience Transformation
Support the evolution of organizational culture to enable innovation, agility, and AI-driven ways of working.
Drive change initiatives that improve employee experience throughout HR transformation journeys.
Champion human-centered approaches that balance business objectives with employee needs.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Establish KPIs and success measures to evaluate adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of change initiatives.
Develop dashboards and executive reporting to monitor organizational transformation outcomes.
Use data-driven insights to continuously refine change strategies and interventions.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, Organizational Effectiveness, or Workforce Transformation.
Proven experience leading complex enterprise change initiatives impacting large employee populations.
Experience supporting HR transformations, HR technology implementations, or digital workforce initiatives.
Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience working in general and matrix organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
