At Kasai Mexicana, we are looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to join our IT team and help us transform the way we work through Artificial Intelligence, automation and innovative digital solutions.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business areas and IT, identifying opportunities where AI can generate value, and improve productivity.

What will you do?

- Evaluate AI tools, including Generative AI and emerging technologies.
- Design, test and support the implementation of AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Support the adoption of AI by providing training, user guides and technical support.
- Evaluate AI-related risks and support security and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and new AI use cases.

What we are looking for?

Education





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or related.

Experience

- 3+ years in business analysis, process design, mapping and discovery.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Generative AI: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar.
- SQL Server / Python / .NET.
- Cloud services: AWS / Azure.

English – Advanced
