Detailed Job Description

As a Graduate Wireless Engineer, you will support telecommunications projects involving mobile radio access networks and wireless technologies. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will participate in network support, troubleshooting, customer engagement, and technical solution delivery activities. The role offers exposure to GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and 5G technologies while building technical expertise in telecommunications engineering. Successful candidates will gain practical experience supporting Huawei customers and network operations within a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities

- Support wireless network engineering and technical support activities.
- Assist customers with network-related inquiries and technical guidance.




- Participate in troubleshooting and optimization of wireless network services.
- Support GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and 5G network operations and maintenance activities.
- Analyze network performance indicators and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure network stability and service quality.
- Assist in technical documentation, reporting, and knowledge management activities.
- Participate in customer meetings and technical workshops.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduated in 2025 or 2026 in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of GSM, BSS, WCDMA, LTE, and 5G technologies.
- Understanding of telecommunications network fundamentals and the OSI model.
- Full-time availability.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a general telecommunications environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of Huawei wireless products and solutions.
- Understanding of RF fundamentals and radio network concepts.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Internship or academic project experience in telecommunications.
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
