Project Manager – Software & Telecommunications Location: Mexico – Remote Employment Type: Contract / Employment Contract Industry: Software & Telecommunications Experience: 3–6 Years About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver software and telecommunications projects from initiation through successful completion. The adecuado candidate will have strong project management, client communication, stakeholder management, and technical coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end software and telecommunications projects. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, IT, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams. Manage software implementations, integrations, deployments, and technical projects. Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project objectives. Monitor project progress, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and bottlenecks. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. Manage project scope, resources, priorities, and timelines. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and implementation plans. Coordinate testing, deployment, client onboarding, and project handover.



Drive timely resolution of technical and operational issues. Ensure successful project closure and identify opportunities for process improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in Project Management within Software, Saa S, IT, Telecom, or Technology. Experience managing software implementation, integration, deployment, or client-facing projects. Strong understanding of software and telecommunications project lifecycles. Excellent client and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, , Trello, or similar. English and Spanish proficiency preferred/required. Preferred Experience Saa S / CPaa S / Telecom / Cloud / APIs / Messaging / Enterprise Software. Technical integrations and customer implementations. Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
