Job Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, coordinate and drive NPI/PE projects.
- Define and assess team KPIs and performance objectives.
- Review and approve optimization proposals for various system programs.
- Supervise and push forward NPI and related special‐project deliverables.
- Provide support and technical guidance for complex technical issues.
- Maintain product‐engineering‐related system documents and oversee daily department operations.
- Proficient in Chinese; Spanish and English are preferred. Open to candidates of all nationalities.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. CET‐4 is a plus. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in NPI / Product & Process Engineering.
- Solid fundamentals in electronics, proficient in common office software, capable of preparing PPT presentations.
- Proven management experience and team‐leadership capabilities.
- High stress tolerance; able to complete assignments assigned by supervisors.
- Meticulous thinking and strong insight; extensive team‐management track record.




- Prior working experience interfacing with Customer A is preferred.

3、各系统程式优化方案审核与验收;

4、NPI/相关专案工作督导与推进;

5、各项技术疑难问题之支援与指导;

6、涉及产品工程相关体系文件之维护、部门日常工作开展
