We are looking for a Product Data Scientist with strong banking/financial services experience to partner with Product teams and drive data-informed decisions across consumer lending products. The adecuado candidate combines product analytics, experimentation, statistical modeling, and strong communication skills. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, Applied Statistics, or similar roles Must have banking, fintech, consumer lending, or financial services experience Strong experience with product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing) Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference Advanced SQL skills Strong Python or R skills Experience developing and validating statistical/ML models Experience with funnel, cohort, conversion, segmentation, and product metrics Hands-on experience with data pipelines, transformations,



and data modeling Experience working directly with Product Managers and Engineering teams Strong understanding of consumer lending / credit products, underwriting, risk, or pricing Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders Experience using AI/LLM tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, or similar for analytics and productivity Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience Nice to Have: Experience with credit/risk modeling or pricing strategy dbt, Airflow Segment, Amplitude, m Particle, or similar product analytics tools Experience with AWS Agile/Scrum product team experience Home improvement or contractor financing experience
