Job Responsibilities
# Lead, manage, coordinate and drive NPI/PE projects.
# Define and assess team KPIs and performance objectives.
# Review and approve optimization proposals for various system programs.
# Supervise and push forward NPI and related special‑project deliverables.
# Provide support and technical guidance for complex technical issues.
# Maintain product‑engineering‑related system documents and oversee daily department operations.
# Proficient in Chinese; Spanish and English are preferred. Open to candidates of all nationalities.

Job Requirements
# Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. CET‑4 is a plus. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in NPI / Product & Process Engineering.
# Solid fundamentals in electronics, proficient in common office software, capable of preparing PPT presentations.
# Proven management experience and team‑leadership capabilities.
# High stress tolerance; able to complete assignments assigned by supervisors.
# Meticulous thinking and strong insight; extensive team‑management track record.




# Prior working experience interfacing with Customer A is preferred.

6、有A客户对接经验优先

岗位职责：
1、负责NPI/管理/统筹/推进工作;
2、团队各项KPI&绩效目标定义与考核;
3、各系统程式优化方案审核与验收;
4、NPI/相关专案工作督导与推进;
5、各项技术疑难问题之支援与指导;
6、涉及产品工程相关体系文件之维护、部门日常工作开展
7、擅长中文，西班牙语、英文加分，不限国籍
