Role Summary
We are looking for a Fertility Clinic Implementation & Client Experience Specialist with hands-on experience in the fertility/IVF industry to support the implementation and adoption of specialized EMR/EHR software across fertility clinics in Mexico.
This is a client-facing position that combines fertility clinical workflow knowledge, software implementation, and client experience.
The ideal candidate understands how a fertility clinic operates from the clinical and patient-care perspective and can work directly with clinic teams to understand their processes, guide them through implementation, and help translate their existing workflows into the software.
You do not need to be an IT specialist. Technical aspects of the platform can be taught. Strong fertility/IVF clinical experience and an understanding of fertility clinic workflows are essential.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
Supporting EMR/EHR implementations across fertility and IVF clinics in Mexico.
Working directly with clinic teams to understand their existing clinical workflows and operational needs.
Helping translate fertility workflows and processes into the software platform.
Guiding clinical teams throughout implementation, onboarding, and software adoption.
Supporting patient coordination workflows, medication protocols, treatment processes, and other clinical activities within the platform.
Serving as a primary point of contact for clinic users during implementation.
Providing guidance and support to users before, during, and after go-live.
Explaining software functionality and processes clearly to nurses, coordinators, administrators, and other clinic users.
Identifying workflow challenges and collaborating with internal teams to support successful implementation.
❤️ Building strong relationships with clinics and ensuring a positive client experience.
✈️ Traveling to fertility clinics throughout Mexico as required for implementations and onsite support.
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need
Previous professional experience within a fertility or IVF clinic is required.
Hands-on understanding of fertility/IVF clinical workflows.
Experience directly supporting or coordinating fertility patients.
Knowledge of patient coordination, medication protocols, treatment cycles, and general fertility clinical processes.
⚕️ Previous experience as an IVF Coordinator, Fertility Coordinator, IVF Nurse, Fertility Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, or similar fertility-clinic role is highly desirable.
Experience using EMR/EHR software in a healthcare or fertility environment.
️ Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Ability to explain clinical processes and software workflows clearly.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable learning new software and performing basic troubleshooting.
Advanced English communication skills.
✈️ Availability to travel within Mexico as required.
Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of professional fertility/IVF experience.
• Previous experience as an EMR/EHR Super User, Practice Champion, or key software user within a fertility clinic.
• Experience assisting with software implementations, system transitions, or clinic onboarding.
• Previous experience training or guiding healthcare professionals on clinical processes or software.
• Experience working with multiple clinic locations or cross-functional healthcare teams.
Work Environment
Hybrid position combining remote work with onsite visits to fertility/IVF clinics.
✈️ Travel is within Mexico and will depend on active implementations and client needs.
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
⏱️ Approximately 40 hours per week.
Company-provided laptop and required software.
Occasional schedule adjustments may be required based on implementation or client needs.
Salary Range:
Payroll: $27,000–$35,000 MXN/month
Direct Contractor: $32,000–$43,000 MXN/monthth
