TRAINING SPECIALIST. DESCRIPTION
Management of the training process​ Responsible of all training logistics and handling of related documentation​ Support trainers and participants during training execution​ Coordinate access and provide the corresponding instructions ​ Ensure all resources are available during the entire training​ Generate and present the corresponding reports of the department​ Coordinate the induction process for new hirings​ Steering of technical test plan​ Prepare the competency model for each role
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor´s degree Administration, Human Resources, Education and or related 1+ year of experience in training, talent development, human resources and/or similar positions Experience with instructional design​ Management of e-learning tools​ Good oral presentation ​ Handling of KPIs and reporting​ Gather of lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements Fluent English 3 year contract
