Job Responsibilities

Lead, manage, coordinate and drive NPI/PE projects. Define and assess team KPIs and performance objectives. Review and approve optimization proposals for various system programs. Supervise and push forward NPI and related special‑project deliverables. Provide support and technical guidance for complex technical issues. Maintain product‑engineering‑related system documents and oversee daily department operations. Proficient in Chinese; Spanish and English are preferred. Open to candidates of all nationalities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. CET‑4 is a plus. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in NPI / Product & Process Engineering. Solid fundamentals in electronics, proficient in common office software, capable of preparing PPT presentations. Proven management experience and team‑leadership capabilities. High stress tolerance; able to complete assignments assigned by supervisors. Meticulous thinking and strong insight; extensive team‑management track record.



Prior working experience interfacing with Customer A is preferred.

1、负责NPI/管理/统筹/推进工作;

2、团队各项KPI&绩效目标定义与考核;

3、各系统程式优化方案审核与验收;

4、NPI/相关专案工作督导与推进;

5、各项技术疑难问题之支援与指导;

6、涉及产品工程相关体系文件之维护、部门日常工作开展

7、擅长中文，西班牙语、英文加分，不限国籍
