We are a U.S.based selfstorage operator looking for a Customer Support Representative to serve our Englishspeaking customers. This is a fully remote, fulltime position. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and messages from current and prospective customers, entirely in English Answer questions about unit availability, pricing and rental terms, and help customers complete new rentals Assist with account questions, billing and payment followup Keep customer records and interaction notes accurate and up to date in our systems Escalate maintenance, access or facility issues to the appropriate team REQUIREMENTS Advanced spoken and written English this role is 100 in English Clear, professional phone manner and written communication Reliable highspeed internet,
