Advising Assistants
to support our small business clients on their journey to obtain money and credit to start, build, and grow successful businesses. This is a
fast-paced, phone-heavy
role—perfect for motivated, service-oriented professionals who want to grow their careers in a supportive, remote-first environment. What You’ll Do:
Handle
20+ inbound and outbound calls per hour
with professionalism and empathy Guide clients through our business credit-building program Use platforms like
Hub Spot
and
GHL
to manage communication and tasks Support clients via email and follow-up as needed Collaborate with our remote team to ensure outstanding service delivery What We’re Looking For:
We provide full training — but here’s what will make you shine: Fluent English
(spoken and written) with a
neutral or clear accent Fluent Spanish
(spoken and written)



Native speaker or multilingual required Excellent communication skills
