Remote HR & Recruiting Coordinator | Fully Remote (LATAM) | US Dealership Group | Independent Contractor

We're hiring on behalf of a multi-location dealership group in Southern California for a Remote HR & Recruiting Coordinator to own recruiting administration, onboarding, compliance tracking, employee records, and HR reporting — supporting a US HR team day to day.

COMPENSATION

$29,800 MXN net per month Independent contractor Fully remote

THE ROLE

This is a primarily administrative, process-driven role supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team:

Recruiting Administration — Post/maintain job ads across platforms, source via job boards & Linked In, screen resumes for basic qualifications, schedule interviews with hiring managers, maintain candidate records and requisition tracking, coordinate background checks and draft offer letters.

Onboarding Administration — Prepare onboarding packets, assign and track onboarding training, coordinate new-hire system access, uniforms/materials shipping.

Employee Records & Compliance — Maintain electronic employee records and HRIS data, track driver's/sales license expirations, assign and monitor compliance training, generate compliance reports.

HR Reporting & Analytics — Weekly recruiting, pipeline, onboarding, training, license, and headcount reports; HR dashboard updates.





Administrative Support — Manage the HR inbox, business card requests, anniversary tracking, filing, and process improvement projects.

THE PERSON

An organized, process-obsessed coordinator who runs recruiting admin end to end: posting jobs, screening resumes for basics, scheduling with hiring managers, onboarding packets, employee records, license/compliance tracking, and weekly Excel reports. Supports a US HR team daily, so written English must be sharp (they live in the HR inbox). Paycom is their HRIS — we don't require it, any solid ATS/HRIS experience transfers in weeks.

Employee investigations, terminations, employee relations cases, legal matters, compensation decisions, benefits strategy, leadership coaching, performance management decisions, FMLA/ADA determinations, or executive HR matters — these stay with the client's HR leadership, HR hotline partner, and employment counsel.
