Responsible for managing New Product Introduction (NPI), including process design and line layout to meet production capacity; coordinating cross-functional resources and driving continuous improvement using Lean methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality; leading the implementation of new equipment, automation, and processes, as well as proposing design improvements (DFX); ensuring compliance with documentation (SOPs, Control Plans, PFMEA) and conducting failure analysis with preventive actions; with experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS/PCBA, audio), painting processes, labor cost estimation support, and knowledge of ISO 9000..

- Experience in Electronics automation and equipment transfer
- Fluent in English. Interviews will be conducted in English, and daily conversations will be with foreign personnel at the location.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Production or Manufacturing Engineer in EMS or audio companies
- Electronics Engineer, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics Degree.
- Proficiency in Industrial Engineering methodologies; university degree in Industrial, Mechanical
