Job Description:

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Problem Management.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
- Solid experience working with ServiceNow - Building reports, dashboards, templates
- Exceptional experience in trending analysis
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills – servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical actions to a non-technical audience.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Energetic and have an excellent work ethic.
- Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
