Job Description

Insight General is seeking an experienced Factory Services Program Manager to support a leading technology organization. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for factory service requests, partnering closely with customers, sales teams, engineering groups, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, customer engagement, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership within manufacturing, engineering, or technology environments.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple concurrent projects, drive strategic initiatives, oversee project schedules and deliverables, and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary liaison for all Factory Services requests and customer engagements.
- Partner with customers and sales teams to ensure successful execution of service requests.
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and service delivery processes.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, including schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and internal development teams to ensure project success.
- Track project progress, identify issues, and proactively adjust resources or timelines as needed.
- Communicate project updates, risks, escalations, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Oversee logistics coordination for prototype and build-related activities.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and quality initiatives across programs.
- Maintain documentation and enforce best practices related to project governance and document control.
- Mentor junior team members and provide leadership support across project teams.

Skills and Requirements

- 7+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing, engineering, technology, or related environment.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication with executive leadership.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, or product organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and tracking experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting factory operations, manufacturing services, or production environments.
- Prior experience overseeing prototype builds, logistics coordination, or manufacturing programs.
- Experience mentoring team members or serving in a team lead capacity.
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting methodologies.
