UCB is seeking a dedicated Rare Disease Partner to join our team in Mexico, with this hybrid role based in Guadalajara (GDL) or Monterrey (MTY). In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving demand generation across both public and private institutions and sectors within the healthcare landscape.
Your primary objective will be to engage with key decision-makers, providing essential education regarding our molecule indications and the specific disease state. You will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate access and actively eliminate barriers to treatment adoption, ensuring that patients within the rare disease ecosystem in Mexico can receive the care they need.
This is a dynamic, multifaceted role that combines strategic sales expertise, healthcare access navigation, and high-level stakeholder engagement. Idóneo candidates will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or market access,
alongside a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes in specialized therapeutic areas.
