Pavago in Mexico is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offers. This remote role requires hands-on recruiting, proactive talent outreach, and strong candidate experience across multiple openings.
You will own candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, ATS management, and offer support, maintaining organized pipelines and timely communications with candidates and hiring managers.
