As a Moderator, you will review, tag, and take necessary actions on content per defined guidelines.

These services will be provided in response to customer complaints (reports) about user conduct and/or content that is alleged to violate policies, in addition to preliminary reviews of content.

You will work with content across a multitude of social and gaming products and be an expert in policies across our ecosystem to make key decisions in keeping our community safe.

Responsibilities

- Review content to if determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality ○ Content moderation types include Image, Text, Video, Audio, and 3D experiences
- Maintain a high level of compliance and confidentiality standards
- Frequently review training material to remain current and knowledgeable on workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates
- Comply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by operational goals
- Review sensitive content including the reporting and handling of CSAM material Qualifications




- Ability to handle large amounts of user generated content
- Ability to deal with sensitive situations and malicious content online
- Ability to be objective instead of subjective
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Critical thinking and investigative skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and adjust priorities as new projects and processes come online
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Computer skills including comprehensive experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and slide deck software (ideally in Google Workspace)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Trust and Safety field (Or equivalent experience in Moderation or Support)
- Knowledge of the gaming industry, social media industry, or any combination thereof
- Understanding of social media content creation and the impacts it can have
- Stays up to date with online trends and popular culture
