**Position: Sales Clerk**Work Schedule: 7:00 am-4:30 pmReports To: Alex Vega - Sales SupervisorLocation/Division New Millennium Building Systems - Juarez MXDepartment: SalesPay Grade/Pay Rate: Hourly - Commensurate with performance & experienceBrief Description:Responsible for receiving, analyzing, entering & storing data for quotes & orders.Works closely with all departments, DSM's, customers & other plant locations.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:▪ Includes, but is not limited to the following:▪ Work with Excel, Word, PDF Software & NMBS OIS & JEDI systems▪ Data entry and importing for preparing quotes & setting up new orders.
