Activities- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demand.
- Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any problems that may arise.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure equipment and machinery is maintained and functioning properly to avoid downtime and production delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials needed for production.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with management to set production objectives and establish goals for the production team.




- Analyze production data and reports to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
**Requirements**:- University degree engineer, production or related field- 5 years of experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
- Domain IATF *****, ISOs ****- Organizational and leadership skills- Interpersonal and communication skills- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach- Problem solving skills- Fluent English spoken, written and reading (Level C1).
