**Responsibilities**:- Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Serve as a Scrum Master for agile development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement and enforce agile principles and practices to enhance team productivity and delivery.
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners/vendors.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.5+ years of experience in software project management, with a focus on agile methodologies.
- Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master for development teams.Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management principles.
