**About the Role**- Providing personalised, 1-to-1 academic support to a **KS3 girl**, helping her to stay engaged and make sustained progress across the curriculum- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to adapt resources and support strategies- Supporting the student s independence, motivation,
