_- _ Monitoring of quality metrics and inform the results_- _ Stablish quality control checkpoints during the process_- _ Stablish methods to inspect, test quality or evaluate the product_- _ Monitoring of internal and external actions due to customer complaints and or internal issues_- _ Implementation of containment, corrective,
