**JOB SUMMARY**A well-rounded individual with strong data analysis skills and experience in production planning.This role is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing key data related to production, demand, and operational capacity.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**- Collect and analyze data related to production, demand, and supply chain factors.
- Develop and manage dashboards and interactive reports to track production KPIs.
- Build and maintain demand forecasting and capacity planning models.
- Identify data trends to optimize operations, reduce costs, and shorten delivery times.
- Ensure data integrity to support effective decision-making.
- Manage short-, medium-, and long-term production planning to optimize resources, time, and costs.
- Assist with companywide projects and system upgrades.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**- Participate in required training.
- Maintain records of the production schedule.
- Locate customer product requests in Syteline.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**- High school diploma or technical certificate; currently pursuing a professional career preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced user).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong multi-tasking and project management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
