Descripción y detalle de las actividades**OVERVIEW**This position works closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing groups to develop, implement, andmanage the on-time completion of the Master Production Schedule.Managerial experience meeting dynamic market driven environment demands, such as on time delivery strategies, inventory turns increase, and profit and loss understanding is a plus.
- Utilization of Materials Requirements Planning systems to offer 99.5+ customer service levels.
- Maintain and develop stock programs as defined by Sales and Materials department.
- Assure that problems relating to delivery, quality or production are promptly resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures.
- Will be responsible to meet inventory targets for finish goods and raw materials- Develop strategies to ensure material availability to meet production plans.
- Maintain and continually improve the quality management system in the areas assigned with a "risk management" approach.
- Assure compliance to company procedures,



policies and most current revision of ISO **** standard.Experiência y requisitos**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in materials management, planning and/or operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, and negotiation skills,- Successful track record of Achievements,- Expertise managing high exposure projects,- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to take on new challenges,- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills,- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish,- Skillful managing sense of urgency, and- Team oriented individual.
