**Key Responsibilities**- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, both academic and social/emotional- Adapt resources and teaching styles to meet individual learning needs- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to monitor progress- Use visuals, routines, and behaviour strategies to create a positive environment- Provide consistent,
